3. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Reports are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
  • If our system fails to generate your report, you will receive a full refund.
  • Due to the digital nature of our product, refunds are not available once a report has been successfully delivered.

4. Accuracy and Disclaimers

Our reports contain AI-generated analysis and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy:

  • SEO recommendations are based on current best practices and may change as search engines update their algorithms.
  • Traffic estimates and competitive data are approximations from third-party sources.
  • We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements or traffic increases.
  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our analysis methodology.
  • Submit URLs you do not own or have authorization to analyze.
  • Resell or redistribute reports without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The report you purchase is licensed for your use. The underlying analysis engine, algorithms, and platform design remain the intellectual property of SEO Report AI.

7. Limitation of Liability

SEO Report AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
